Great for doing miniature knitting for dollshouse size
The product sews fine though the coverage can be a bit uneven. It used for finer work than the usual tapestry wool. Good range of colours. Only down point is that it can be difficult to find the start end.
I don't use this for knitting or crochet but for counted thread work. I have used this for a long time. There is a good spread of colours. Only criticism is is it possible to find it easier to locate the correct end to pull and so prevent a tangle.
Amazing range of colours, ideal for shading larger areas of work. The relatively thin ply is idea for small details but the thread can be doubled up for other areas others so very versatile.
Good colours, good thick wool to cover area quickly, and very good price. What more could you want!
Excellent selection of shades and good quality. Only regret that they cannot be bought locally so that I am reduced to choosing colours from on line pictures which are not always accurate. End up buying surplus colours just to get my shades right!
We do not use it for either. We use it for crewel embroidery as was used to make the Bayeux Embroidery (it is NOT a tapestry) on our school fiber arts programs. It was also used for English and German Handtuch Colonial Crewel Embroidery in the English Colonies in America.
Good selection of shade in each colour. Good quality Sometimes it is difficultvto find the beginning of the thread in the skein, resulting in tangles. Not able to buy apart from on line does deter me from using them. Colours depicted on line are not always accurate and ordering tne odd skein can prove expensive on postage.
Excellent. Just what I wanted to blend in with wool I already had
Fabulous wool quality etc excellent
