The heel extension is made using short rows. This pattern is written to be knit on a circular needle with the Magic Loop method but if you rather use dpns you can adjust it for your needs.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThree sizes of witdh are available with (56)64(72)sts.
