Very smooth and soft. Ideal for baby items. Had a nice sheen to it. Good yardage and inexpensive. I got three hats to fit 6 month olds and enough left over for booties from 2 balls.

Review summary
Most customers praise the soft, luxurious feel and how easily the yarn knits up, with good stitch definition. Many say it suits baby projects and washes well. Complaints are uncommon: some note the yarn splits while knitting, and a few report poorly wound or damaged balls.

Lovely yarn
Beautiful yarn and great to work with, the stitches just glide on and off the needles, I went for the colour ‘lollie’ a beautiful rich pinky/red. You can feel the quality in the yarn, I can highly recommend this yarn and this company!
Excellent - would like to see automatically loyalty recognition
I bought 3 colours to knit the sirdar snuggly knitting pattern below (which I have just finished) - I love this yarn and have bought lots during the past 3 years. The colours chosen from the website colour swatches were a perfect match for each other - great to see such accurate colour representation and I've just ordered another batch of 5 colours to knit a similar cardigan (not so girly this time) for my grandson - shame I missed the stash attack offer that was emailed a couple of hours...
Forest class service
Lovely wool to knit with. I am making cardigans for my three granddaughters and although the wool is fairly expensive it is worth every penny. The pattern I bought was simple to use but the finished cardigan looks very attractive. I feel that having quality yarns justifies the time I spend making the garments.
Good range of products speedily delivered.
Used for the first time. Expensive but nice to work with (crochet) and nice finish. Obviously as it contains wool the finished blanket is heavier than it would be if made from Sirdar Snuggly or similar. Hasn’t been washed yet so can’t comment on wearability.
Very soft and warm and a joy to knit. It's the third project I have knit from this type yarn - all presents that have been well received
Brilliant
Sublime is wonderful to knit with. Its well worth the extra cost to have a quality wool especially if its for a new baby
Awesome
Soft easy to knit with. Pattern was easy to follow with explanations for knitting abbreviations
Always good products from Love Crafts
Sublime is the right name for this yarn! I haven’t started knitting with it yet, but just seeing it in in the ball sent me into raptures. Such a gorgeous colour! And so gloriously soft! It looks and feels like real luxury.
Excellent wool, excellent service
Knits up easily, looks good, feels soft and washes well. Can recommend this wool and will definitely buy again.
