She came up with this idea for a baby sweater, and offered the idea to me. I threw in a few design elements myself and ended up with a one-piece baby sweater. Easily knit in 2 days.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe sweater is knit sideways all in one pieces and uses a combination of garter and stockinette stitches.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIn order to size the sweater I used simply used different yarn weights and different needles sizes. Size 2 is worsted weight on US #8 needles. Size 1 is dk weight on US #6 needles.
