Review summary
Most reviewers praise the soft feel and colours of Caron Baby Cakes, and many say it knits or crochets up well. Complaints are uncommon: a few mention knots in the yarn, and one reviewer found it not bulky enough for their project.

I bought the citrus delicious and the colours and wool are both beautiful. Would highly recommend for a baby blanket. However I was not able to complete baby blanket with 3 balls and will need at least another 2 balls to make it a decent sized rectangular blanket.
I love the way this yarn feels when crocheting! Thicker than some of my other worsted weight yarns but still easy to work with. Really pretty colours. Will definitely be buying more!
I have knitted three jumpers in this wool, it’s soft and the colours work great
I havent used this wool yet but I'm sure it will be a good quality. I am going to knit a Aaron jumper and because it's not a block colour will look amazing on my grandaughter
First time I’ve used this yarn and it feels nice and is knitting up well. I really love the colours.
The yarn has a lovely feel and knits up well. Unfortunately one of the cakes had several small knots. They were small enough that fortunately they did not affect the finished articles.
Lovely soft wool.gives great stitch definition I love how the colours graduate.
It is a very nice quality yarn however, I felt it was not bulky enough for what I was using it for. The blanket I made would have been better using two strands together.
Such beautiful colors and soft yarn! I will definitely purchase this again!
The yarn is good quality and works up fast
