Love knitting with bulky yarn because it knits up so fast—my favorite thing about this was that it came in such large skeins it was so convenient to just wind up. Knitted nicely, i put some lanolin on my hands when they got dry, and blocked beautifully! Would absolutely use again.
I used it to make repairs to a knitted poncho. I love the way it knits up. I didn't use a pattern. I should have enough to make a matching toque (beanie) and mittens. Can't give this away, so this shows the colors of the article.
Even weight, easy to knit. Really convenient because it comes in such a large quantity. Would definitely purchase again!
Have not knit this up yet but I have used other Cascade yarn that was great for knitted toys. I can say I like the the color and feel of this Cascade Eco I expect good quality too.

I am knitting a detailed cable jumper in this wool. It knits up beautifully and seems to go a long way. It is a substitute for the actual pattern yarn that I could not get hold of. So far, so good. The first pattern I used was badly written and impossible for me to complete, but my second choice seems to be going well. The wool is quite textured and not as soft as other yarns but still nice.
All wool I have ordered has been as expected. I love knitting with cottons. Patterns I have ordered have been accurate (obviously it depends on your tension), my tension tends to be very much as in the patterns.
I wanted black, chunky yarn for a cosy cardigan, and so I took advantage of the discount offered in early December. The Cascade Eco is really nice to knit with and is quite soft and cosy. It knits up fairly quickly with excellent stitch definition. It’s going to be a long line cardi with a shawl collar, and a cable section on the back waist and on the front pockets.
