Good yarn at low prices
If you're looking for a really good basic acrylic DK, this ticks all the boxes. It knits up beautifully and has a softer feel than Paintbox (though it doesn't come in such a good range of colours). Don't be fooled by the price; this isn't simply cheap. It's extremely good value.

The yarn itself is soft and knits up beautifully, the colour is perfect. Unfortunately, several of the balls have glue from the cardboard bands on the actual yarn. this means that yarn has to be cut off and discarded: a pity and a waste. The glue used is particularly strong, so cannot be removed from the yarn without damaging it.
