Yarns purchased come in a wide variety of colours Generally good quality with no issues Occasionally with the mixed colours wool you get knots ( joins ) in the yarn which have occurred in production or areas where the spun yarn is detached from the core inner thread it is spun onto . You have to deal with this during knitting in my opinion or it can snap once knitted and then it snaps and your item has holes or starts unravelling
