Product Description
Kabelina is a chunky top down seamless raglan sweater with cables and vertical panels created with knit and purl stitches running down the body and sleeves. The ribbed neckline is followed by short rows that increase the height of the back neckline for a comfortable fit. Raglan increases are worked down the yoke, and the stitches are then divided into body and sleeves, and the motif continues down the rest of the sweater to the hem. The sleeves are bell shaped with decreases happening close to the wrist. The fitted cuffs are finished off with ribbing.
Kabelina was inspired by Polish ski sweaters from the 1950’s – fun chunky cable knits that keep one toasty warm in the cold.
