I've been looking at this for a while. Knits up beautifully and very sparkly! Show off any stitch pattern. The colour gradient is very gradual. it has been knitted into a mermaid tail snuggly for my granddaughter. She loves it.
Stylecraft Cabaret is gorgeous yarn, with a soft texture and a sparkly strand that is always colored to match beautifully. Double stranded with stylecraft special dk, it makes a warm wrap that is delightful to make, wear and see.
Surprisingly soft, easy to knit and good transition of colour from black through grey to white. Sparkly thread sometimes split off, but easy to knit back in. I got the last ball and just wish I had more.
The Stylecraft Cabaret yarn is amazing, I love the sparkle running through it and the colour change. One I’ll keep buying in future! I’ve had a few issues with tied batches halfway through a ball of yarn or the yarn being scrunched up and therefore thickening/thinning in places, but due to my current project it’s not been a huge issue.
This yarn is gorgeous and so soft. It's not too heavy either, so it's something I can use all the way thru mid summer, which is tough in the subtropics. I get the feeling that it would be a simple thing to double strand it for something to use in colder weather too.
The color of this yarn is amazing. The colors are so vibrant. I love working with this yarn. I will be ordering more of this yarn and in different colors.

It tends to tangle and get knotted. I have rewound wool to no avail. It looks lovely but I wouldn’t use it again. I’ve been knitting for over forty years and this the worst wool I’ve because of tangled.
It is Stylecraft Cabaret. This time I ordered the new green dye. It is just right and crochets beautifully into scarves.
