Product Description
Weva, is a top-down seamless yoke sweater with a contemporary vibe, clean stripes and bold shapes. The pattern is unisex with tips on how to customise the design for men and women.
Weva has a ribbed neckline followed by short rows at the back of the neck, that create a comfortable fit. Throughout the stranded colourwork yoke, invisible increases are worked into the stripes and geometric shapes of the motif. When the yoke is complete, the stitches are divided into body and sleeves. The body features optional waistline shaping which creates a flattering fit, and the hem is finished off with ribbing. The ribbed cuffs end with a dash of contrast colour. The yoke motif of Wera was inspired by traditional folk Polish weaving which features simple stripes intermixed with angular geometric shapes.
