Very nice wool to knit with. Chunky and feels comfortable and soft knitted up. The only slight disappointment was the dark brown colour: my fault, as I thought ebony was black. I knitted the gat nonetheless and it looks super. It arrived in a huge hank so it needed putting into balls before starting my knitting. Definitely will buy this again.
The wool is lovely. It arrives in a large skein which you need to wind into a ball. Beware of variations of colour from that shown on line. I believe this is a natural, undyed wool so it is hard for lovecrafts to give an exact depiction of shade. I sent my 'silver' ball back as it looked pale beige, different from that which I thought I'd ordered and ordered a darker, greyer one (antique).
This yarn is great value at 250g, there is lots of it. I’m using it for a Tunisian crochet project and it’s perfect in how it’s coming along. Strong, thick, vibrant colours
Light weight wool that’s a joy to work with
So soft! Natural fibres. Easy to knit with and not at all itchy!
This yarn is durable and reasonably priced. I have used it on a couple projects. Love the natural hues.
I used it for repair work. I should have enough for a toque (beanie) and mittens. Knits up beautifully.
I was so thrilled that you had the color that I needed, it shipped quickly and was the exact color that I had purchased before!!!! Oh and I finally figured out where my mystery piece of candy came from!!!!
