Egg Rattles

The Egg Rattles are knitted toys featuring three distinct colorway variations, each with its own visual appeal and construction method.

• Wide Stripe Egg Rattle: Created using Deramores Studio Baby double knit yarn in lagoon 006, buttercup 002, and peppermint 008. This version showcases bold horizontal stripes across the egg form.
• Thin Stripe Egg Rattle: Constructed from Deramores Studio Baby double knit in grapefruit 004, buttercup 002, and orchid 012, featuring more delicate striping throughout the design.
• Spotted Egg Rattle: Made with Deramores Studio Baby double knit in whipped cream 009, peppermint 008, and blossom 003, incorporating decorative spots across the surface.

Construction Techniques and Materials

All projects in the Easter Collection use DK (double knit) weight yarn, which is ideal for creating finely detailed toys with good stitch definition. The patterns are worked on 3mm needles, standard for this yarn weight, ensuring appropriate fabric density and durability for toys.
