Malabrigo Chunky

I love the lovely stitch definition, it doesn't split, and it is so soft! I rarely knit with anything that contains wool, but as it was for a gift, I thought I'd try this. The price was good and there are lovely colors available. It knitted up well to the tension square, and I usually knit too tightly. I hope it washes well, but I'll be ordering more to make hats as they have turned out so well. I like the softness and stitch definition, especially with the bubble stitch used. It was a gift.

I love the colourways and the fact it’s merino wool. I originally purchased forest to make a scarf for my partner's grandad and loved the feel of the wool so much that I got more in olive to make my partner a jumper. Very nice, the slight mottling in colour gives the pieces a bit of dimension rather than being one block colour, and they are super soft.

I like the gorgeous colors. I'm using it for making slippers for winter. It knits up great, very soft and springy.

What a fabulous yarn! So silky smooth and soft and literally slides of my hook - why have I not discovered this before now ??? A huge range of shades too. It is more expensive than I’m used to paying but the quality is so worth it..

Lovely luxurious yarn, so smooth and soft, a pleasure to work with. I kept stopping to stroke it like a cat! 100g knitted up into a beanie hat and a hairband/ear warmer. I used a loom for the first time, and the end product was so neat and smart, much better than my usual knitting. I will buy more of this brand of chunky 100% Merino wool.

Love knitting with this malabrigo chunky. Feels really soft and the slight variations that run through the skein, make the final result so pretty. I make hats and they are so comfortable to wear when knitted in this wool.

This is the best yarn out there. Incomparable quality and colours. Makes gorgeous crochet hats!!

Awesome yarn, crochets beautifully! Note that skeins can be pretty different from each other, so I recommend mixing them early in your project (instead of ending up with two very different looking halves).

This yarn is heaven to knit with! I never knew what I was missing out on. And the colorways are do unique, very comparable to indie dyed yarn.
