I like the colour and texture. I'm using it for a headband.

Noro Silk Garden is a hand-dyed yarn with a signature striping process, and reviewers describe its colour changes as the reason they keep coming back. The colours shift gradually along the strand, so your finished piece reads as a series of delightful stripes rather than blocks of colour.
Customers say it is a joy to work with, whether you knit or crochet. Many buyers report that it works up really well, with not much shedding or splitting.
Reviewers describe beautiful, clear colours and a palette that many say brings to mind autumn. One reviewer found the colour range flattering for their personal colouring, and another said the colours are simply extraordinary in the finished fabric.
Customers have used Silk Garden for cardigans, hats, scarves and shawls. One reviewer alternated two balls every second row to create especially lovely stripes, and said the cardigan gets lots of compliments. Another uses it for collar and cuff linings, a detail they especially enjoy.
Fair Isle and intarsia knitters also seem to like it: one reviewer chose Noro for a flower scarf because the colours fade naturally during the knitting.
Several reviewers have owned garments for years. One describes twenty-year-old, well worn pieces that haven't aged a bit, which speaks well for how these knits hold up.

I like the colour and texture. I'm using it for a headband.
Noro Silk Garden is still the most wonderful yarn ever made IMO. I have 20 year old, well worn garments that haven't aged a bit.
I used this to make the Eva cardigan for my granddaughter. I alternated two balls every second row as was recommended to give the most delightful stripes. It gets lots of compliments.
I bought this yarn to knit a scarf pattern from Nikki Epstein. It's a flower scarf called 25 th anniversary scarf for Vogue Knitting International. I knit mostly Fair Isle and Intarsia. I don't like space dyed yarn. I like Noro yarns for the scarf because the colors fade naturally during the knitting.
Noro silk garden yarn is wonderful to work with I’ve made quite a few things using Noro yarn. Knitting and crocheting. Tops and cardigans. Beautiful gorgeous yarn!
A lovely soft and strong yarn in fantastic colours which I use in collar and cuff linings sometimes (I love that sort of detail) or the body of garments mixed with other yarns
A luxurious silk blend yarn perfect for the shawl I am knitting for an adult niece.
I love Noro yarns, and this one in particular has a beautiful color palette that brings to mind autumn and highlights my personal coloring
This yarn is very soft and the color is just beautiful. It works up really well, not much shedding or splitting. I am very impressed with the quality and look forward to trying other yarn styles Noro has to offer
Rhis is beautiful yarn - the gradual changes of colour throughout are just delightful. It has been made into a lovely hat for me!
