It is knitted flat in one piece. You just seam up the back after knitting.
It uses a worsted weight (4) yarn and size 7 US needles.
The body of the bonnet is knitted in a beautiful texture pattern that is only four rows and very easy to do. The back of the bonnet is knit in a stockinette stitch.
Sizes 0-3m, 6m, 9m, 1yr, 2-3 yr.
This pattern requires the following skills. Knit Purl Knit 2 stitches together (K2TOG) Knit front and Back into a stitch (KFB) Cast on Bind off.
It a fairly easy pattern that is quick to knit and easy to remember. Its one of my favorite patterns to take on a road trip. It makes a stunning bonnet in the end that is super comfy.t
