Universal yarn markets two beautifully textured yarn called Bamboo Bloom and Bamboo Bloom Handpaints. King Cole markets a similar yarn called Bamboozle. Both are thick to thin yarns in lovely colors. The changing textures and colors make it possible to create a one-of-a-kind stunning cowl.
This is my third published pattern using this yarn. After knitting for years with this super soft and silky yarn, I have developed this new pattern that creates a non-rolling edge and that does not require blocking. Strategically designed with easy to knit stitches, it is ready to wear right off the needles.
This cowl is perfect for all levels of knitters. The yarn makes it deceptively easy for a beginner to knit a stunningly beautiful cowl. The yarn changes constantly so the intermediate and advanced knitters will enjoy watching the cowl change with each stitch.
